Tuna Curry over Rice

Ingredients
- 1 12 cups rice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 fluid ounce milk
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Boil the rice as usual adding salt and turmeric powder to the water.

2Fry the diced onion and tomato in cooking oil.

3Mix in spices and flour.

4Add water, milk and tuna.

5Let this simmer for about 15 minutes.

6Add more flour or water depending on how thick you like the sauce.

7Serve on top of the rice.
