Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 1/2 oz.) tuna
  • 2 c. shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • oil
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. diced green chiles
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 8 corn tortillas

Directions

    Drain tuna and combine with cheese.

    Cook onion and garlic in oil.

    Stir in next 7 ingredients.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of baking dish.

    Place tuna mixture in tortillas and roll.

    Place over sauce.

    Pour over remaining sauce and top with cheese.
