- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In bowl, mix all ingredients well to form smooth mixture. Pack tuna fish tightly into serving dish.
