- 8 oz. tuna
- 4 oz. diced celery
- 4 oz. diced cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- diced pimiento to taste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 medium hamburger buns
Directions

1Mix together tuna, celery, cheese, parsley and pimiento.

2Set aside.

3Mix together lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

4Spoon over tuna and toss lightly.

5Divide mixture evenly among bottoms of buns. Put tops on, wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.

6Bake in 400° oven about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
