  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans chunk tuna, water packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 large celery, stalk, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups crackers, coarsely crushed saltine
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Break apart tuna with a fork in a mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well; pour into well greased 1-quart casserole.

    Cover.

    Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

    Uncover; bake for about 20 minutes more or until golden.

    Serve with lemon, mushroom sauce,or a tarter sauce.
