- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans chunk tuna, water packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large celery, stalk, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups crackers, coarsely crushed saltine
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Break apart tuna with a fork in a mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.

2Mix well; pour into well greased 1-quart casserole.

3Cover.

4Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

5Uncover; bake for about 20 minutes more or until golden.

6Serve with lemon, mushroom sauce,or a tarter sauce.
