  • 16 oz penne
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp, or more to taste, cayenne pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 6 oz. cans of tuna
