  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped

  • 4 100% whole wheat , split

  • 4 medium apples Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 4 pouch or 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Directions

    Heat broiler; coat broiler pan with cooking spray.

    Blend carrots and onions with mayonnaise and tuna.

    Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto each English muffin half; top each with 1 slice cheese.

    Place tuna-topped muffins on broiler pan in heated broiler, just until cheese is golden brown.

    Complement each meal with an apple and 2 cookies.
