- 1/4 c. low-calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 low-calorie/fat-free cheese slices
- 1 tomato
Directions

1Mix tuna, mayonnaise and onions.

2For each sandwich, top English muffin half with lettuce, tomato slice and tuna mixture. Place on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.

3Broil 1 minute.

4Top with cheese slice.

5Broil for 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt. Makes 4 sandwiches.
