  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna, chunk
  • 4 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 stalks celery, cut fine
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 4 or 5 dashes of Tabasco

Directions

    Combine ingredients.

    Put in large mold.

    Let chill overnight. Unmold and garnish with parsley and pecan pieces.

    Serve with assorted crackers.

    This makes a large mold and is good for serving a large crowd.
