  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 c. shredded Colby
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 can chopped black olives
  • a little lemon, seasoned salt, pepper and parsley
  • 3 eggs, beaten

    Beat eggs and add to tuna, olives, lemon, seasoned salt, pepper and parsley.

    Add rice and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
