Raspberry Jello

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. jello
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add rest of pineapple juice. Add frozen berries and pineapple.

    Pour half into mold and refrigerate to set, about 1 hour.

    Take 1/2 pint of sour cream and spread over jello.
  5. 5
    Take remaining jello and put on top.
  6. 6
    Put back in refrigerator to set.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Enjoy.
