  • 8 oz. wide noodles
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 cans drained tuna
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento or 1 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package.

    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

    Stir in flour, soup and milk. Cook until thick and bubbly.

    Stir in tuna, pimiento and drained noodles.

    Turn mixture into a casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered at 375° for 20 minutes.
