- 8 oz. wide noodles
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 cans drained tuna
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento or 1 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package.

2Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

3Stir in flour, soup and milk. Cook until thick and bubbly.

4Stir in tuna, pimiento and drained noodles.

5Turn mixture into a casserole dish.

6Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered at 375° for 20 minutes.
