- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish, drained
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, chopped or grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chives
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Bake pie crust at preheated 450° oven for 5 minutes.

2Remove from oven.

3Distribute tuna over the bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.

4Beat eggs; add milk, lemon juice and seasonings.

5Pour over tuna mixture.

6Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 350° and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden.

8Remove from oven and let set a few minutes before cutting.
