Tuna Rice Bake

- 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) cream of asparagus soup
- 1 can (15 oz) asparagus spears, drained
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 None onion, finely chopped
- 2 slices day-old white bread, crusts removed, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- None None Mixed salad, to serve
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

2Combine the rice, tuna, soup, asparagus, cheese and onion in a large bowl. Season. Spoon into the prepared dish. Top with bread and drizzle with butter.

3Bake for 20 mins or until golden and heated through. Serve with salad.
