- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.

2Blend soup, water and sugar in skillet.

3Mix 2 tablespoons into rice mixture along with eggs.

4Press into twenty 1-inch balls.

5Bring soup mixture to boil. Add rice balls.

6Reduce heat.

7Cover and simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
