- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 c. water
- 2 (7 oz. each) cans tuna
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pie crust
- sour cream
Directions

1Cook rice in water until tender.

2Turn into a large bowl and cool slightly.

3Break tuna into large chunks and add to rice.

4Stir in 1/3 cup of the soup.

5Prepare pie crust.

6Roll out on floured surface to 14 x 11-inch oval.

7Spoon tuna mixture down center third of pastry.

8Bring sides up and over filling to meet.

9Press long edges together and pinch seam tightly with fingers.

10Pinch each end of roll tightly until filling is completely enclosed.
