- 1 can tuna fish
- 1/2 shredded carrot
- 1 apple, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
- 3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- whole wheat pita bread
Directions

1Combine tuna, carrots, zucchini, apple and onions.

2Mix in mayo, mustard and poppy seeds and toss lightly.
