Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 1/2 shredded carrot
  • 1 apple, cored and finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • whole wheat pita bread

Directions

    Combine tuna, carrots, zucchini, apple and onions.

    Mix in mayo, mustard and poppy seeds and toss lightly.

    Cut pita bread in half to form pocket; fill with tuna mixture and serve.
