  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together without leaving lumps, if you have some lumps you may use an immersion blender.

    Take a small, nonstick skillet and brush it with butter. Pour a small ladle of the batter into the pan set over medium heat, when the surface starts bubbling, turn and cook the pancake on the other side.

    Top with your choice of toppings.
