Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna of the Sea (in spring water)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) box Muller's noodles
  • 1/8 tsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. mayonnaise (Weight Watchers)
  • cubed salad sweet pickles
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil eggs and noodles.

    In a large bowl, add tuna, pickles, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper, noodles, tomato and mustard.

    Stir well.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Garnish with 6 cherry tomatoes.

    Put in refrigerator to cool and serve with crackers.
