  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can light tuna, packed in water
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (spicy or Dijon)

    Flake tuna with fork in medium bowl.
