  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water-packed tuna
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolve in 1/2 c. water)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in butter.

    Add flour and stir to make a roux.

    Add milk slowly while stirring.

    Add bouillon broth. Break up tuna and add to soup.

    Simmer 1/2 hour.

    Serve with ground pepper on top.
