Tuna Souper Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread, toasted
- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) tuna in spring water, drained
- 1 md. onion, cut in 8 to 10 slices, sauteed until tender
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced with egg slicer
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 can milk
- 6 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup dried parsley
Directions

1In tupperware bowl, combine Souper Sauce ingredients and wisk or mix well.

2Place slice of toast on rimmed baking sheet.

3Spread half of tuna on toast.

4Layer half of onion slices on top of tuna.

5Layer half of egg slices on top of onion.

6Spoon sauce on top of eggs until sandwich is covered.

7Repeat with other slice of toast.

8Broil 8 or 9 minutes until sauce is bubbling and just starting to brown in spots.

9Transfer sandwiches to plates and eat with knife and fork.
