Tuna-Spinach Bake

  • 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup croutons

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Cook spinach as directed on package. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

    Blend in flour and seasonings.

    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in milk.

    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

    Boil and stir 1 minute.
