- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can (6.5 oz.) tuna, drained
- 1 cup croutons
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°F.

2Cook spinach as directed on package. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

3Blend in flour and seasonings.

4Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in milk.

7Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

8Boil and stir 1 minute.

9Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
