  • 1 tuna steak
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

    Put all ingredients except the olive oil with the tuna steak to marinade.

    Leave it for approximately 30 minutes to marinade (if you leave it longer it with take more in flavor but not necessary for this type.)

    After marinating the tuna do not throw away the marinade you will use it as cooking liquid.

    Start with a pan and place the olive oil to heat up, place in the tuna 1 minute per side to sear.

    Return to low heat and leave it for 8 minutes per piece when the cooking liquid is getting low put some of the marinade.

    It will enhance the taste and give it a great taste.

    I decorated the plate with some coleslaw, tomatoes, lemon and deep fried potato shavings.
