Tuna-Tofu Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. soft tofu (We like Kikkoman brand best), drained
- 1/4 c. fat-free, cholesterol-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- less than 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pickles
Directions

1Put the first 4 ingredients into a blender; mix on low speed until smooth, then set aside.

2Drain the can of tuna.

3Mix in chopped celery, minced onion and pickles.

4Stir in tofu mixture; mix well.

5Cover; refrigerate several hours to blend the mixture. Stir thoroughly before spreading on bread slices.
