- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 c. canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- herb seasoned croutons (optional)
Directions

1Place onions and celery in 2-quart casserole dish in oil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes (until tender).

2Blend in remaining ingredients; top with croutons.

3Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through.
