  • 1 c. drained tuna
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • biscuit dough

    Combine ingredients (except biscuit dough).

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Make biscuit dough and roll dough to 18 x 12-inch oblong. Cut into 6 x 6-inch squares.

    Place in muffin tins and spoon filling into shells.

    Fold tips over slightly to resemble a tulip. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
