Turbo Dog Braised Cabbage

- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- 2 cups thinly sliced onions
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Creole mustard
- 1/2 head white cabbage, shredded (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 Turbo Dog Beer
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions

1In a large saucepan, over medium heat, render the bacon until crispy.

2Add the onions.

3Season with pepper.

4Saute until the onions are soft, about 4 minutes.

5Add the mustard and cabbage.

6Season with salt and pepper.

7Saute for 3 minutes.

8Add the garlic, and beer, cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

9Add the cream, stir to mix and cook, covered for 10 minutes.
