- 1 tbsp. bottled seasoned stir-fry oil
- 12 oz. turkey tenders
- 13 c. bottled stir-fry sauce
- 1 bag frozen-pepper stir-fry (yellow peppers, green peppers, red peppers, onions)
- 2 medium onions
Directions

1Heat stir-fry oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add turkey and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes until barely pink at center.

3Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon.

4Stir in stir-fry sauce.

5Put frozen peppers and onions in skillet.

6Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender.

7Add turkey mixture.

8Cook 1 minute or until turkey is no longer pink at center.
