  • 1 tbsp. bottled seasoned stir-fry oil
  • 12 oz. turkey tenders
  • 13 c. bottled stir-fry sauce
  • 1 bag frozen-pepper stir-fry (yellow peppers, green peppers, red peppers, onions)
  • 2 medium onions

Directions

    Heat stir-fry oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add turkey and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes until barely pink at center.

    Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon.

    Stir in stir-fry sauce.

    Put frozen peppers and onions in skillet.

    Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender.

    Add turkey mixture.

    Cook 1 minute or until turkey is no longer pink at center.
