- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Heat chicken broth in a large saucepan to boiling.

2Combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and salt & pepper.

3Roll into 1 inch meatballs.

4Drop into boiling broth, and cook until turkey is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

5Add cooked rice.

6Simmer an additional minute.
