- 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns cracked
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
Directions

1Flatten each turkey breast slice to 1/4 inch thickness between to sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap.

2Mix flour, salt, and pepper.

3Coat turkey with the flour mixture.

4Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted.

5Cook turkey in margarine, turning once, until done, about 8 minutes.
