- 14 cup flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 4 turkey breast, slices (3-4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper in shallow bowl.

2Dip the turkey breasts in flour mix.

3Heat oil and butter in 12in skillet.

4Brown turkey slices on both sides.

5Mix sauce and spices; pour over turkey.

6Bring to a boil.

7Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.

8Sprinkle with cheeses; cover and let the cheese melt.
