- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk celery - chopped
- 1 carrot - chopped
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Directions

1Add all ingredients & bring water to a boil

2Let cool

3Rinse turkey thoroughly

4Place turkey in container large enough to cover with brining liquid

5Add enough cold water to cover

6Refrigerate 16-24 hrs
