- 1 turkey carcass
- 4 qt. water
- 6 small potatoes, diced
- 4 large carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked barley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Remove turkey from carcass and place in large Dutch oven; add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours or until all vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf. Very good!!
