  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

    Brown onion and turkey.

    Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Cook, uncovered, in a 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle top with grated cheese, if desired.
