- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. oleo or butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- dash of poultry seasoning
- 2 1/2 c. cooked turkey
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Heat milk and chicken broth together.

2Blend oleo and flour together; add seasonings.

3Blend into hot liquids and cook until smooth, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Into a greased baking dish, layer the turkey, or chicken if preferred, a generous layer of creamed gravy and a layer of bread crumbs.

5Repeat until baking dish is full.

6Dot with oleo or butter.

7Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

8Makes servings for 4 to 6 people.
