- 1/2 c. small onion (canned)
- 3 oz. mushrooms (canned)
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. chicken soup supplement
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- chopped parsley
- 1 slice diet bread
Directions

1Prepare chicken soup supplement according to instructions. Mix all ingredients together.

2Toast 1 slice of diet bread and make into crumbs.

3Place mixed ingredients into casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

4Bake until very hot.
