  • 2 c. turkey
  • 1/2 c. small onion (canned)
  • 3 oz. mushrooms (canned)
  • 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. chicken soup supplement
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 slice diet bread

Directions

    Prepare chicken soup supplement according to instructions. Mix all ingredients together.

    Toast 1 slice of diet bread and make into crumbs.

    Place mixed ingredients into casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

    Bake until very hot.
