- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
- 1 c. skim milk
- 8 oz. cubed, cooked turkey
- 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. cold, cooked rice
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Blend in flour and chicken bouillon.

3Gradually stir in milk, stirring mixture until it comes to a boil.

4Stir in turkey and mushrooms.

5Arrange rice in a nonstick 8-inch baking pan.

6Spoon turkey mixture over rice and sprinkle evenly with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
