- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 can tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 1 can red beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. or to taste chili powder
- 1/2 c. wine (optional)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute turkey, onion and garlic in olive oil.

2Add tomatoes, chili powder, cinnamon, ground coriander, salt, wine, beans (undrained) and tomato sauce.

3Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
