Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can extra sweet whole kernel corn
- 1 can Small tomato paste
- 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes (I happen to have some my mom canned but you can use store bought)
- 1 can 28 oz tomatoe sauce
- 1 large Green pepper chopped
- 1 large chopped onion
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce, maybe more as you can tell I don't measure much.
- 1 Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1 onion powder, garlic powder, salt, fresh ground pepper, chili powder. I don't measure my spices I do it all by taste and add as I go. Just taste test as you go.
Directions

1Brown ground turkey add some of listed spices

2Drain and rinse kidney beans

3Add tomato, sauce, paste, diced tomato, beans and corn to pot

4Simmer onion and green pepper in same pan you browned turkey in.

5Use 1 cup water while you simmer till tender to get the pan drippings to flavor them.

6Add turkey and cooked onions and green peppers to pot

7Add worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and all the spices listed above to your desired taste

8I transfer to crock pot and simmer for 4 hours.

9I like my chili thick but you can add water while you simmer in crock pot to thin it out
