Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. cooked and diced turkey
- 1 (20 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 2 c. canned or fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 c. water or beef broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked rice
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.

3Heat to boiling.

4Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Serve over rice. Serves 6.
