- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 can stewed tomatoes with green pepper, celery and onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 minced garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can Bush pinto beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
Directions

1Brown ground turkey and onion in small amount of vegetable oil; drain.

2Add all ingredients except beans and cook 45 minutes. Add beans and simmer 15 minutes more.

3Garnish with grated low-fat cheese or jalapenos.
