Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes with green pepper, celery and onion
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 minced garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 can Bush pinto beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans

Directions

    Brown ground turkey and onion in small amount of vegetable oil; drain.

    Add all ingredients except beans and cook 45 minutes. Add beans and simmer 15 minutes more.

    Garnish with grated low-fat cheese or jalapenos.
