- 12 oz. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. diced white part of scallions
- 2 (about 15 oz.) cans chili style tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen lima beans
- 1 (11 oz.) can vacuum-packed corn kernels
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2Add ground turkey and diced white part of scallions.

3Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until turkey is no longer pink, breaking up clumps with a spoon. Stir in chili style tomatoes, frozen lima beans, vacuum-packed corn kernels and 1/2 cup water.

4Simmer 15 to 17 minutes to develop flavor.

5Sprinkle with scallion greens.
