- 1 c. each onion and celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 cans (16 1/2 oz. each) cream-style corn
- 2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
- 2 c. turkey stock or 1 can chicken broth plus half can water
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
