  • 1 c. each onion and celery
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans (16 1/2 oz. each) cream-style corn
  • 2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
  • 2 c. turkey stock or 1 can chicken broth plus half can water
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)

    In large pot, saute

    celery in butter until celery is almost tender.

    potato soup, corn, turkey stock or chicken broth, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
