Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. chicken stock or broth
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. curry
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey or 1 lb. ground turkey
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and ground turkey (if not using cooked turkey).

2Cool slightly.

3Add cornstarch and mix well.

4Add stock and cook until smooth and thickened.

5Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and pepper (then cooked turkey if not using fresh ground turkey).

6Heat thoroughly.

7Serve over rice.
