- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing (original flavor)
- 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
- 4 oz. twisted noodles
- 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until tender.

2Stir in flour until smooth and remove from heat.

3Combine salad dressing, turkey, cooked noodles, peas, pepper and oregano. Stir in onion mixture. Pour into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Mix bread crumbs and margarine.

5Sprinkle over casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish top with tomato wedges, if desired.
