Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) sliced bread, toasted and dried 2 days
- 2/3 c. celery, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 2/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth, heated
Directions

1Dip slices of toast in pan of warm water.

2Squeeze out.

3Saute pork sausage until no longer pink; add to bread.

4Melt margarine in skillet; saute onion and celery just a little.

5Add to bread mixture.

6Add beaten eggs, salt and sage.

7Add enough chicken broth to make as moist as you like.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
