- 1 (16 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb season)
- turkey
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can chicken broth or leftover gravy
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Brown sausage with onion and celery until tender, then mix with stuffing according to directions on package.

2Put half into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Then add a layer of baked sliced turkey.

4Add box of peas, mushrooms.

5Add rest of stuffing mix.

6In saucepan, mix chicken broth and the cream soups.

7Heat and pour over the stuffing.

8Cover with tinfoil.

9Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.
