Turkey Gravy

  • Gravy
  • 3 TBS Butter
  • 3 TBS Flour
  • Juice from roast turkey
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In clean sausepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook over very low heat, stiring constantly for 3 minutes. Add stock and simmer 10 minutes.

    When turkey is done seperate fat and add juices to gravy. Deglaze turkey pan with 1/2 cup water. Add to gravey and season to taste, thin or thicken as needed with water or cornstarch
