- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. regular rice (not instant), rinsed several times
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1Bring broth to a boil.

2Add rice; cook 30 minutes or until rice is soft.

3Turn off heat.

4Beat egg yolks together with lemon juice, then add to it 1 cup of rice mixture and blend.

5Pour this back into pot of rice mixture.

6Makes 6 to 7 servings.
